1. 안내/공지/독려(알리자! 독려하자!)

 

공지하자 : post a notice on the wall

안내하자 : make an announcement

 

이메일보내자 : send an email to all the employees

브로슈어 나눠주자 : distribute brochures

 

독려하자 : we can encourage them to 동사원형 by offering small gifts/rewards/disscount coupons.

 

2. 판매 시 발생문제

 

1) 사은품/ 재고 부족

비슷한 제품 제공 : offer other similar gifts/product such as~

타 공급업체 찾기 : find another supplier who can supply the same gift/products -> we can keep them satisfied

더 생산하자 : produce more products so that we can sell more

 

2) 실수 -> 고객 불만 우려

-이해시키기 : apologize for our mistake/explain about our situation

-상황해결하자 : send the right products by express mail/fix the error.

 

3) 일반홍보

할인제공 : offer a discount to your target customer/ hold 2 for 1 sale.

홍보행사 : hold promotional events -> more people will recognize -> they will get interested in .our~

 

무료이용기간 : offer 1 week free-trial period.

->after the period, if they satisfied they will buy it.

전단지 : distribute flyers including information on our event.

 

인력부족 : hire more temporary workers.

 

 

3. 문제아 vs 무능력자

 

1) 문제아

안내하자 make an announcement asking (not) to 동사원형.

인력투입하자 : have more staff members 동사원형 (arrange items in place, manage items effectively, keep visitors quiet).

 

2) 무능력자

능력부족 : hold a training session (online) on how to ~,

offer video tutorials.

give work-related materials.

 

 

4. 기타(/공간 부족, 의견수집)

 

1) 실수->/공간 부족

extend the event time

hold an additional session with the current room.

replace our event hall to a bigger one.

=>we can accommodate more people.

 

2) 의견수집(직원/고객 의견수집)

conduct a survey and ask what kind of activities/events/programs they want

choose and offer activities/programs/rewards that they want.

inform the schedule in advance so that people can set their schedules ahead

: take online lectures.

there are lots of educational websites which offer study material for free.

: waste time on playing games or watching video clips.

과외활동 제공하면장점 learn how to socialize/relieve stress.

1:1 tutoring : get more attention -> learn better -> ask questions and get answers right away.

다양한 과목 제공하면 장점 : students have more options to choose.

save money on private education.

 

3) 부모님과 동거 장점 : get financial support/gives a sense of belonging.

vs 자취장점 : comfortable/develop a sense of responsibility/no arguments.

 

4) 외국에서 공부하면 장점 : get more experience/learn foreign languages.

단점 : high living cost/study in second language difficult to catch up classes.

 

5) 잘했을 때 돈으로 보상

: get motivated to do something harder / feel rewarded.

: they won’t do something voluntarily / don’t understand the actual purpose of studies.

 

6) 선생님 자질 (1월초반기출)

엄격한 선생님

: stduents focus more -> perform better / young students need control.

: not friendly -> difficult to consult or ask questions / difficult to interact.

경험자들을 새로운 멤버들을 위한 교육으로 포함시키고 싶다.

 

I understand that you don’t know how in involve experienced staff members in training new employees.

First, I think we should send an email to experienced staff members and explain that we would appreciate if they participate training session.

Second, we can encourage them to participate by offering paid vacations to participants.

Since people like those rewards, more of them will participate.
